Trip to Tropical Island went great!

On Sunday, November 16th, 2014 we organised a trip to the Tropical Island in Germany. Tropical Island is one of the biggest artificial paradises in the world. At 5 o’clock in the morning 41 people set of in direction Berlin. The well-known complex is located in a hall, that was originally supposed to be a manufacture of airships. But in the end the hall was reconstructed and became a tropical park with a rainforest, sand beaches, a lagoon and sea. In the complex, which doesn’t have any opening hours, we found waterfalls, saunas, waterslides, whirlpools and other attractions. It could fit the Statue of Liberty in height and the Eiffel Tower in leght! The Tropical Islands hall is split into 2 parts – Tropical World and Sauna & Spa. You can walk into any store, restaurant or fastfood within the complex and pay with the chip. There was a lot to admire and even those who don’t like to laze and prefer for example walking found a way to enjoy themselves, for example an almost kilometre long walk through the rainforest, which is even partly uphill. The sportsmen also amused themselves on two volleyball fields or on minigolf. Of course there is also a children amusement park. After nine hours, with a smile on our face and head full of adventures we set off back home, to Czech republic
